If you're like most filmmakers who have even a shred of creative energy in their marrow, you are horribly depressed most of the time - and even more profoundly during the holidays.

Maybe you come from a really f%$#ed up family and you're full of pain and rage. Or maybe you are an exceptionally sensitive soul who weeps at the thought of the diminishing frog population. Or maybe you're just an entitled punk who's incapable of appreciating a single damn thing no matter how much falls into your whiny little lap.

Whatever your inconsequential personal history happens to be, there's a remedy for your holiday blues...and you know what it is:

THE FA HOLIDAY PARTY!!!

You can't imagine a night like this - amazing people, food, drinks, performances, dancing, discussions, screenings and MORE!

There'll be elves and Elvises and reindeer and belly-dancers and clowns and angels and singers and hookers and jugglers and acrobats and magicians and drug dealers and fortune tellers and car detailers and porn stars and sword swallowers and dogwalkers and evangelical preachers and mimes and baristas and hillbillies and tightrope walkers and knife-throwers and gang-bangers and hipsters and healthcare workers and pro wrestlers and dentists and trust fund babies and good-hearted pimps that even your kids would love!!!

And on top of it all, it is the 50th birthday celebration of FA Founder and President Jacques Thelemaque and the 30th birthday of FA Executive Director Amanda Sweikow!!

And it all takes place at the gothic palace/extraterrestrial hub of Mr. Cain DeVore. His stunning manse is a head-shaking wonderment even without the amazing souls who will be stuffing the rooms of his decadent vortex.

But keep in mind, ya gotta bring something. Namely, FOOD!

We'll provide all of the beverages, plates, eating/serving utensils, napkins and condiments. But you gotta bring da FOOD. Please follow the handy guide so that we don't end up with 500 cherry pies.

If your last name begins with the following letters, please bring the corresponding dish:

A to F - Appetizers
G to L - Desserts
M to S - Entrees
T to Z - Salads

Feel free to invite others, just make sure they follow the above guidelines and don't show up empty-handed. We're a non-profit filmmaking collective, not a damn soup kitchen.

So, strap on your holiday booties and ride your sleigh in for one helluva holiday bash....!!
