Filmmakers Alliance has been operating in and serving the Los Angeles filmmaking community since 1993. We are now launching what we are calling FA Global - which can be defined simply as the online analogy of what we’ve been doing in the real world since 1993. It is creating education, support and empowerment for filmmakers at every stage in their creative growth and through every stage of the filmmaking process using a web-based system of tools that can be utilized, and, in fact, shaped by the filmmaking community around the world.

FA Global will aggregate existing online resources for filmmakers, and develop innovative new tools where necessary. It will integrate databases and technologies to create a single, seamless user experience. And it will organize filmmaking tools, resources, networks, projects, databases and more in an intuitive fashion that creates maximum ease-of use for filmmakers.

FA Global will act as a hub for all online filmmaking activity including story development, production, marketing, distribution, education, social networking, and much more. It will also act as a marketplace for filmmakers, allowing them to access resources and easily manage their filmmaking projects online. Ultimately, FA Global will facilitate the creation and management of projects, resources, and connectivity.
